4x Colourful Bean Seed Assortment

This assortment is a colourful selection of four extra-large seed packets of green, yellow and purple beans. Three of the varieties included in this package are ‘’bush’’ varieties and one is a ‘’pole’’ variety. Bush bean plants remain on the smaller side, usually below 3 feet and don’t need support, while pole beans are climbers that love to cling to panels, trellises or stakes.

- The ‘’Provider’’ variety is known as one of the most dependable green beans, being an early producer that can withstand both cool and hot temperatures.

- The ‘’Top Notch Golden Wax’’ is a very productive variety that grows to about two feet tall and produces loads of delicious, yellow-coloured bean pods.

- The ‘’Royal Burgundy’’ variety is an old heirloom dating back to the 1940s that produces large harvests even in cooler climates and the pods are an attractive purple colour that stands out in the garden.

 - The ‘’Kentucky Wonder’’ pole variety is a vigorous grower that will need something to climb on to support the heavy yields of stringless beans that can be harvested all season long if picked regularly.

This assortment of beans is a wonderful combination that can be sown in early spring for an early crop or can be planted every two to three weeks for bountiful harvests all summer long!

* Bean seeds will remain viable for 3 years if stored in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4 and 10⁰C. After that, the germination rate may start to go down.

We have put a lot of thoughts into the design and packaging of our seed packets. Our seeds are all carefully packed in food grade kraft paper/aluminium zipper lock bags, and then are shipped in eco-friendly padded mailers.

We heat-seal each of our seed packet for even more protection from moisture, odour and light, allowing you to store your seeds for up to 3x longer than paper or plastic. Plant them all, germinate some indoors, save some for next season - it’s up to you!
