🌟 At Ecoseedbank, we guarantee the quality of our seeds and therefore we strive to go the extra mile in providing the best service possible.
 
➕ Due to the nature of our products, seed germination rates may vary depending on the grower and storage conditions. The vast majority of our seeds have germination rates of over 85%, but some varieties have a naturally low germination rate, such as rosemary at around 50%. When a variety has a lower germination rate, it is usually indicated on the label, and we try to provide more seeds to compensate.
 
🌿 As experienced growers ourselves, we're here to help you troubleshoot any issues you encounter while growing our seeds. We stand behind our products 100% and are committed to ensuring your success. If you have any questions or concerns, simply send us a detailed message about your growing setup and we'll do our best to help you achieve a rewarding crop. 

 

📅 We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days after your order has been shipped.

🧐 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item or if you were sent the wrong item, so we can quickly evaluate and rectify the issue.

🧾 To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

🤝 We prefer to find a solution that works for both parties, so please contact us before returning any items, we may be able to offer a replacement or suggest an alternative.

🙋 To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ecoseedbank.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💳  We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
