Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days after your order has been shipped. Please contact us before returning your item so we can work out a solution that suits both parties. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We guarantee the quality of our seeds, therefore we strive to go the extra mile in providing the best service possible. Due to the nature of our products, seed germination rates may vary depending on the grower and storage conditions.

The vast majority of our seeds have germination rates of over 85%. Some varieties have a naturally low germination rate, such as Rosemary at around 50%. When a variety has a lower germination rate, it is usually indicated on the label, and we endeavour to provide more seeds to compensate.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
